I work with all ages, from children to older adults and love to see how clients, whatever their need, respond to the way hypnotherapy supports the changes they want.

People find hynotherapy sessions can help with managing chronic pain and improving quality of life. I use a combination of relaxation techniques, guided imagery, and positive suggestion to influence the experience of pain and maintain focus on pain reduction and release.

Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. It is an individual experience and results are as individual as people are.
1 hr session £70
5 hours (over 4 or 5 sessions) £320
Many clients find 4 or 5 sessions meet their needs, some clients may only have a couple of sessions and some choose to return every few months to support their changes.
Should you be unable to attend your appointment in person, it can take place via Zoom rather than cancelling. All changes and cancellations without 72 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
